Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Free exchanges within 30 days

Wrong size? We’ll swap it for free within 30 days of delivery, and we cover shipping both ways.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
• Exchanges are for a different size or color of the same item.

To start an exchange, go to your account or email orders@nativemade.co with your order number and the size you need. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship your new size once your return arrives.

Returns for a refund

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in the original packaging. Start a return the same way, from your account or by emailing orders@nativemade.co.

Return shipping for refunds is $6.99, deducted from your refund. Exchanges are always free. We’re a small Chattanooga shop, so we cover exchanges because getting you the right size matters most. Refund shipping just helps us keep prices where they are.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to post it.

Final sale

Sale items, gift cards and custom orders can’t be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email orders@nativemade.co with your order number and a photo as soon as you can, and we’ll make it right.
