Refund policy


We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Certain items, such as sale items or gift cards, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, you can create or access your customer account here - Customer Account or you can contact us at orders@nativemade.co. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send back items without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Giftcards

Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
